Our return and refund process is designed to be as seamless and transparent as possible, ensuring your peace of mind with every purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all brand tags, dust bags, and labels intact.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards for all our customers, the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Personal Items: Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry/earrings.

  • Gift Cards: All digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

  • Custom Products: Any personalized or custom-made accessories.


3. The Return Process

To initiate a formal return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our concierge team at ecsulli5984@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address.

  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original box to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Shipping: Please send the return package via a trackable shipping service.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include high-resolution photos of the defect or the incorrect item.

  • In such cases, Style Outfits will cover all shipping costs to replace the item or provide a full refund.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on our website. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability.


6. Refund Procedure & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Payment Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.


7. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, size preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
